Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Nomadis operates SPARK, a pre-launch waitlist and related software service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use SPARK.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account and authentication data — for example, identifiers and profile information from our authentication provider when you sign in.
- Content you provide — such as app names, slugs, logo URLs, waitlist headlines and body text, and similar configuration you enter in SPARK.
- Technical data — such as IP address, device and browser type, and logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.
- Communications — messages you send to us (for example, support requests).
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve SPARK;
- Authenticate users and enforce security;
- Communicate with you about the service, updates, and support;
- Comply with law and protect rights, safety, and integrity; and
- Analyze usage in aggregate to improve product experience (where permitted).
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where required by law (for example, in the EEA or UK), we process personal data on bases such as: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (operating and securing SPARK), consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation.
5. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist Nomadis (for example, cloud hosting, databases, authentication). SPARK may use providers such as Clerk for authentication and MongoDB Atlas (or similar) for data storage, each subject to their own terms and policies.
- Legal and safety when required by law, legal process, or to protect Nomadis, users, or the public.
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide SPARK, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category.
7. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact Nomadis using the channels we provide.
10. Children
SPARK is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required for processing their data under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect such children’s personal information.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
SPARK and our providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies as needed for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control some technologies through your browser settings.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through SPARK or by email where appropriate.
13. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Nomadis using the contact information or in-product channels Nomadis provides for SPARK users.
