Email

Send a confirmation when someone new joins your waitlist. Choose a delivery provider below (which backend sends mail for this app). Configuration is in the tabs under each provider — SPARK uses server SMTP; Resend uses the HTTP API and optional published templates. SPARK HTML message colors follow Visual Design when configured.

Email new subscribers when they join Sends after a successful signup (not on duplicate-email conflicts). Runs in the background like webhooks.

Delivery provider (this app)

The dropdown is the active channel for outbound mail. Tabs further down edit content and credentials for that channel only. Server readiness for both options is listed so you can compare SMTP vs Resend before you choose.

Provider in use

SPARK sends from spark@nomadis.com only; that address cannot be changed. Fields are grouped in tabs.

Default email subject

Empty uses You're on the list.

Email from — display name

Shown before spark@nomadis.com in the From header. Empty uses SMTP_FROM_NAME from the server environment.

Email heading

Main title inside the message. Empty uses your waitlist Heading 1 when set, otherwise Thanks for joining.

Email content

Plain text; line breaks are preserved. Empty uses a short default confirmation line.

CTA button label (optional)

CTA button URL (optional)

Same rules as post-signup redirect: https:// with host, or a path on this host starting with /. For paths, set PUBLIC_SPARK_URL so the link is absolute in email. Both label and URL must be set to show the button.

Sends a preview to your Clerk primary email. SPARK: [TEST] subject and banner. Resend template: template subject/from from Resend; variables use your test recipient as SUBSCRIBER_EMAIL. Resend HTML (no template id): [TEST] subject. Uses saved settings — click Save first.
